Approval round of a recruitment job
Let’s digitize another part of the recruitment process! In Recrur, it is now possible to approve the recruitment job internally by colleagues and team members, before it gets published.
For example: based on the input from the manager, the recruiter prepares the job and sends the details to the manager or group of managers for approval within the system – ie sends the job to the approval round. This functionality allows you to keep more recruitment activities in one place, get the necessary approvals for recruiting, save time from navigating between different systems, and avoid the paper or e-mail communication.
Job phases for better management of recruitment projects
The job phases, as well as the candidate phases, can be configured under Settings according to the preferences of the organization. From the job view, it is now possible to add additional job phases, such as “Selection” and “Evaluation” for example.
The new functionality also allows you to quickly filter out jobs by phases to get a better and more detailed overview of the job status.
