We are pleased to bring you some important updates of the statistics and reporting module of our recruitment software. Now there are custom job categories available as well.
Additional job statuses and their usage
Now you can filter the jobs according to the following statuses, that are created automatically:
- Failed job – there were no candidates, or all candidates were unsuitable. The deadline is over, but the vacancy is still there.
- Overdue job – job deadline is over.
Summary of ongoing or finished jobs
As it is almost the end of the year, many recruiters will soon be looking for general report about the jobs of this year. The general statistics is now available by the following criteria:
- Time period
- Status of the job
- Customer or organization unit
- Person responsible
Most efficient recruitment channels for particular job
In the statistics module it is now possible to find an overview of the most efficient recruitment channels for particular job. This will give you an indication, which channel works better for which job category, and which channel can be closed for cost cutting.
Customized organization-specific job categories
Create the customized job categories, associate jobs with categories, differentiate jobs based on the categories that matter the most.
As an addition to job statuses functionality, we’ve made job management even easier for users. It is now possible to create personalized organization-specific job categories. Job categories appear in the job list under the filter, as well as in the statistics module and in the general report. Jobs are also categorized on your organization’s career page.
Categories can be created under SETTINGS – JOB SETTINGS – Job Categories.
